Just got pick up with my son after a trip to Surrey to Mission, usually I come from Mission to Maple Ridge for sushi due to better cost and quality, and this place is open late which is perfect, the owner asked me about food in Mission and took his time to ask my son about his taekwondo, their sashimi as you can see is good quality and great size cuts, they even threw in a roll on the house and that's greatly appreciated thank you! Shows good owners still exist, definitely will be going in person for the sashimi prime rib and deep fried ice cream for the kiddo! California roll was filled with crab and my son loved the Yakult and Keychain he got. - a Richmond girl stuck in Mission appreciates you
What an experience. We had the deluxe tempura. Order it! Lots of different fish and vegetables, and of course, crispy. Also, the super crunch and crazy girl. Oh My Gosh they are worth the trip from Alberta. Perfect composition. Service was attentive and they surprise you with complimentary ice cream !
Great food. Great service. Just discovered this place today and ordered for takeout. It was difficult to get into because of the bus station behind it and the inability to turn left into the place. I had to loop around the block. Lots of parking though. Decent prices. Tasty food. Very friendly man behind the counter. The soy sauce says it's made in house. I've never seen that before. I decided to try something different and added some deep fried sushi to my order. It sure is filling! It was very good. It was unusual and worth a try. I also tried tempura, beef rolls and chicken rolls and miso soup. All excellent!
Me and my mom dined in and had the best experience! Not only was the manager/chef kind and welcoming, but he served us and even created a new roll for my mom (she was craving a roll that was not on their menu) he made it himself, and it was so tasty!! He even brought out complementary oshi! Hands down our fav restaraunt because of the people and it’s only a benefit that the food is incredible!! My husband and I come here regularly because of the incredible service, we feel cared for and our bellies are always happy
Always pleasant here. Service is top notch. Sushi is the best in Town. I have tried almost every sushi restaurant around here. Plus right now they have 10% off on all the menu. Fantastic . Love it here.
Today my buddy recommends to try Aburiya since they have new ownership they are much better than before. Wow! It tastes even better than any other sushi place in maple ridge and the portion was very satisfied. I definitely become a fan of Aburiya from now on. You can never be sure until you try it though! :)

Aburiya has slowly started to become my favourite sushi place in Maple Ridge. It’s by far the best dine-in experience you can ask for. They prioritize traditional fresh cuts of sashimi, but also have more western influenced rolls that don’t try too hard in being different, and still make for a brilliant combination without being a mess. The service is exceptional, the staff is always glad that you came in, and the beer is always cold. I love everything about Aburiya, keep killing it!
